Happy 16th Birthday, Brittany! I understand that you have been drawing Tipsy Twitch for awhile. She is amazing. Keep on creating.

Thank you for visiting me in Olivia’s Sewing Room. I adore creating softies from your child’s artwork. I have been sewing for about 26 years and have enjoyed building, crafting and creating artworks for even longer. Creating softies from drawings is the perfect culmination of my favorite talents. I hope that as you consider which amazing softie-maker to entrust your softie to, you will take a close look at my work, and know that I put a lot of love, time, and attention to detail into every thing that I make! You have choices! I hope you choose me!
Finally!! Hooray! I have been having internet upload issues for about four days. I have been trying to get this picture posted so everyone could see Katie before and after. I do love living in the country, but this is for sure one of our obstacles. We often have slow internet. Now, my prayer continues to be success as I add more images.
Sometimes we just have to listen to the advice we receive from little lounging raccoons.
I have been working diligently, I thought. But I don’t want anyone to miss out on the exciting new creations that I’ve been working on. I struggle with the sense of urgency, to accomplish everything right now, for all my ducks to be in a row, for everything to be just perfect right now…But rest is good, and we all need it!
So I was having a conversation with my lovely friend, Katie the Fairy, about how difficult it is to be a perfectionist. She totally understood. There she was in her photo shoot for her debut to the world, smiling her beautiful, perfect smile. And there I was, trying to figure out how to work my camera. Then trying to get the photo just right with the photo program, but not knowing exactly how it works. Boy, some things just come easier than others. Katie agreed. She explained to me that she really enjoys flying around, delivering her fairy dust to special little girls, and she really couldn’t be bothered with much else. Katie is so understanding. I’m going to miss that little fairy now that she has flown home! I wish you the best Katie.
And she’s off, to run and play. Maybe jump on the trampoline or sit out by the pool. Who knows where “Little Riley” might find herself. The possibilities are endless, especially when you have the imagination of a child! You are an amazing artist Riley; keep on creating.
And, thank you for visiting my Site! I am truly enjoying the inquiries that are coming my way. The art that children produce is so wonderful! I have a few other beauties that are almost ready for posting. I can’t wait to share them with all of you. If you’d like to contact me for a quote you can see the full details under Contact Me.
